    “Perfekt. Bester Aufenthalt in Kambodscha”

Ruhig. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert und lässt sich regeln. Bad: Sauber, alles funktioniert, der Durchlauferhitzer funktioniert. Bett: Nicht so hart. Stayed March 2017, traveled as a couple

    “Great location and staff”

We had booked 3 nights here but the staff is so amazing we decided to stay another 3 nights. They have gone out of their way to help us find everything from the best therapeutic massage ( I had a fall) recommended restaurants although theirs is also good. Great breakfast is included. I wanted a pair of shorts hemmed and Thida sent them out for me. Thank you Eng Thida,Kheang, Tola, Vanarith, Rachana and Phanith for making our stay so wonderful! And the cleaning staff for the clean room. Stayed January 2017, traveled as a couple

    “Best Customer Service. ”

Secrets facility was very clean. The A/C worked very well, amenities in the bathroom had it all and included toothpaste and toothbrushes. Multiple outlets were in the room and the cable worked well. The pool was amazing and the breakfast was good. The best thing of all though was the service. The service provided in my opinion matched ones at the JW Marriott. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, some English well, and accommodated everything we asked for. When you heck in they take the time to sit you down in their lobby and explain your stay and options you have as a tourist. Two other examples included making a tuna sandwich for our friends who arrived very late and didn't have dinner. They made it after the kitchen was closed. The second example was we checked out at noon and out flight wasn't until that night so they held our bags for us and when we came back from walking around in the day they gave us a key to a room to shower before we headed to the airport without asking. In addition the staff makes you feel very comfortable around them. We cam back around midnight one night and three of them were in the lobby and laughing and smiling sharing a couple stories of what the city is like during new year. The only critique I have is that I got a few bug bites while sleeping but believe that you would get that in any hotel in Siem Reap. Oh, and the Tuk Tuk driver Sokha was AWESOME. He was knowledgeable, kind, warm, approachable, service oriented, and we never felt we were being pressured to do anything or go anywhere. He provided options and did whatever we asked. We got him a lot of water and snacks but kept refusing them. Very professional. Stayed December 2016, traveled as a couple

The best service I've had in Asia, well looked after with a great location and excellent facilities.

The staff are exceptional, very friendly and well trained, service has been a focus of management and it is evident with their presentation and communication to guests, nothing is a problem and needs are anticipated. Danny the manager goes the extra mile and one of the best Ive encountered, Thind has a big smile and very engaging thank you! Fos a professional young up and coming well done! the owner, needs to relax his grip and trust in his judgment of employing the right staff in the first place... just saying. In addition. My tuk tuk driver was awesome, good local knowledge and the best way to get around, totally recommend Ah Bng, thank you my friend The only suggestion would be to put the complimentary two bottles of water in the fridge instead of by the bed, its great coming home to cold water:)

    Excellence stay at Secrets Pavilion

We would never stay at another hotel in Siem Reap. Great swimming pool with tranquility garden. The restaurant and bar is very nice to relax from morning breakfast and after day back from a tired temple tour. Great food and cocktail. The staff is amazing, hospitality is incredible and I think this the only one best hotel location in Siem Reap with a quiet and peaceful around. only 7 minutes’ walk from Old market. The hotel itself is genuinely your home away from home. The staff has become family to us! I do recommend this hotel to everyone.

“Best hidden secret in Siem Reap”

We were lucky to score an Agoda mobile deal which split 2 ways as being cheaper than a dorm bed, on top of which we got upgraded to a deluxe room! The room was ornately decorated, very well-stocked with amenities (including an easy-to-use safe), and the hotel grounds were gorgeous. Our favourite part was the pool, so incredibly beautiful and usually uninhabited. The staff are all very courteous and helpful with any issues. The breakfast is decent; we loved the fact there's a fresh to order menu in addition to a fresh fresh fruit plate everyday). The welcome (virgin) mojito is not only a very welcome touch in the hot Cambodian sun, but it was also delicious as well. The only thing is the General Manager should not be berating his Khmer Manager in front of customers, as we saw - or at all for that matter. He should treat his employees more professionally, no matter what the issue. TIP: check out "Popeye" across the street, the drinks are cheap (special free beer promo this week), and service is great. We're glad we extended our stay and would love to stay again!

    “Seems a 4* ”

We have really appreciated the warm welcome with lemon tea and smooth check-in. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, the surrounding very silent at night (which shall not be underestimated since pub street is just a five min walk), pool area too, the restaurant serves excellent local khmer cuisine and has also some western items on the menu. Sweet potato fries are excellent... I have tried the hot bamboo massage and it was an amazing experience. Go for it. As for the staff, Khmer hospitality is awesome, serene, easy to go with, helpful in arranging our transportation and the trip to Angkor. They really are an added value. My only negative remark goes to the situation outside the hotel, the street that leads to the Pavilion has to be adjusted, garbage cleaned, but it's a widespread issue in the whole town. We would definitely come back! Thank you Danny, Fos, Brek and all the staff for making our stay comfortable. Stayed January 2017, traveled as a couple

“BOOK HERE! VERY AFFORDABLE & BEAUTIFUL HOTEL with an even OUTSTANDING STAFF....”

"Susadi" ("hello", in khmer) Our experience at Secrets Pavilion was amazing from beginning to end.Your greeted with AUTHENTIC smiles , cool towels and welcome drink after long travels. Our room was exactly as pictured with all amenities, right next to the pool and of a decent size. The bathroom however reeked of an unpleasant smell but did not permeate into our room. The hotel room is stocked with complimentary water, robes and toiletries and cleaned daily. The property here is so beautiful and well kept, sort of majestic with all of the butterflies fluttering around here. Breakfast was included in our rate which consisted of about 4-5 simple breakfast options (eggs- scrambled, fried, poached, muesli, etc) with assorted beverages such as OJ, tea and coffee. We tried the in house dinning and ordered a mix of western dishes and khmer dishes and they were quite delicious (just a bit expensive, compared to outside prices, but no biggie). The pool was a treat to enjoy given the heat in the country (but not enough sun near the pool area- not much they can do about that though, again no biggie) the location is close enough to walk to Pub St and all the action (10 mins) but far away to enjoy the tranquility this property offers. There is always a tuk tuk available at your service to drive you to town for about 2.00. We did the small circuit tour of the temples and booked through the hotel which was an easy process and very affordable. We were provided with cold water and pick up and drop off services throughout the temple tour. The real gem here are the staff who were some of the kindest we've encountered. Genuine in their interactions with you. It was always a beautiful sight to be greeted with their smiles after a day of exploring. The staff went above and beyond for me and my friend, helping us book our onward journey tickets, cancelling a portion of a r/t airfare and ensuring our well being. they even allowed us to freshen up in our room even after checkout in the evening, free of charge! We took the opportunity to learn some Khmer phrases from the staff and they couldn't have been any more pleased when we interacted with them. Special shoutout goes to Tola, Rom, Thida, Manager and the gentleman who helped us with our onward ticket, they were an extremely a big part of the enjoyment of our stay there. without saying anything, they would know exactly what we needed before we knew we needed it haha. do yourself the honor of staying here with the beautiful staff and property- you wont regret it!

    Always delighted to stay here

This tucked away, but still central to the pup street hotel is my favorite Choice while in Siem Reap. The clean swimming pool and rooms make my mainly business stays very pleasant. The only thing to improve... Why not offer Khmer breakfast in Cambodia ? Khmer noodle soup or rice would be a nice difference from the boring egg they offer.... Otherwise great place

Beautiful and friendly staff. Great location. Ground floor room recommended!

We arrived at this hotel from the airport curtesy of a free tuk tuk ride put on by the hotel! We stayed in a ground floor room with no windows. It was a spacious room and the aircon was great. The bottom rooms appear better as you have a seating area and chairs outside your room and your closer to the pool :-) I don't see the big thing about having a window? Their are no amazing views so I would recommend a ground floor room. The hotel is hidden away which is great for peace and quiet when your are ready for bed I suppose. But the hotel is minutes away from atmosphere. The walk to pub street is not long but allows you to see locals and better options for food rather than just tourist central!! The breakfast is egg of any kind but I love a scrambled egg on toast to start my morning. You also get a big plate of fruit :-) if you are staying here long enough to get sick of an egg option then their are millions of restaurants selling breakfast around the corner for cheap! The pool serves its purpose! Cools you down and long enough to stretch your legs. Only a few sun beds in the sun but it's that humid and hot! Laying in that sun for longer than 30 minutes is horrific! If you want a tan go to the beach!! Therefore sheltered sun beds was pleasing :-) I would 100% come back here. Very cheap for a very good hotel, that has a more apartment feel than hotel.

Great hotel with a great location!

We stayed here for four nights in the third week of March. The staff was excellent! Always smiling and right there to help with anything we needed. Our room was pretty nice, but had a slight odor to it the first day, and the wifi was just awful. However, the pool was fantastic, and the free breakfast was the perfect way to start the day. They even packed us a breakfast to go when we left really early one morning for the temples. The location is a very easy, short walk to the night market and pub street, so enjoying the night life is super easy. The air con was a blessing, as the heat was brutal when we were there. Overall, I would happily stay again.

The staff here are simply wonderful. They are very helpful, organizing trips and tours in a friendly and efficient manner. Don't let the location to put you off this hotel. The staff is probably the most amazing I've ever encountered anywhere in SE Asia. They will definitely do the extra mile to help you. We had a problem with out booking and had to use a different room than the one booked on the first night and they offered us a free massage, I have to tell that I fell asleep during the massage, heaven!! They will assign you with a tuk-tuk driver if you request so and even not having anything else to see around we paid ours an extra day just to keep him. Walkable distance to the pub street and the night market but secluded enough to be quiet and calm. The swimming pool is really relaxing and exactly what you need after a day sightseeing. Book this hotel now but please keep it secret!!!

    Highly recommended

Really good hotel and full value for money. Beautiful building and layout, with a green garden and a great pool. Staff is very helpfull and friendly, but at the same time also respect the privacy of the guests. We stayed in two spacious double rooms on the second floor for four days. Breakfast is good; choise of eggs and yoghurt with lots of fresh fruit. If you want to stay in the centre of Siem Reap the location is perfect - it's close to markets and restaurants (5 min walk), but on a quiet sideway. Would love to stay here again.

“Great team makes for excellent stay.”

This hotel is nice and clean. Pretty basic and simple, but well maintained and organized. Location is in an alleyway off soksan road. Not in the center but still walkable distance from pub street. Breakfast is average or less, lacked fresh vegetables etc, but still manageable. The bright side of this property is kind and attentive team that helped me with few requests and in general were eager to satisfy. The hotel also provided an airport pickup and allowed a late check out, great gesture that gave me extra time to enjoy the pool and the day before leaving to the airport. Thanks again, I definitely recommend it as an option for that price range.

“Fantastic stay, very friendly and great location!”

With so many hotels in Siem Reap it is difficult to choose one. I got a recommendation for this place from my collegue and we had great stay! Very close to the center, just a few minutes walk but quiet because it is in a small alley. Supermarket around the corner, very friendly staff, good rooms, clean, new, even a swimmingpool. We stayed in the family bungalow for 7 nights and had a fantastic time. So we highly recommend this hotel.

“5 night honeymoon in Siem Reap!”

We loved this hotel! The staff, food, room, pool, location were all EXCELLENT. Danny and his staff were so pleasant and welcoming, we felt like we really connected with them during our time there. We were picked up at the airport by Rom and he was our tuk tuk driver for all of our temple excursions, including taking us out to banteay srei. Our room was very nice and the staff even decorated it because they knew it was our honeymoon! It was a lovely surprise. While we were there we booked a couples massage and because the spa was being cleaned the two masseuses came to our room. It was very romantic and relaxing! We loved this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Siem Reap that is looking for a classy, comfortable and very friendly stay!

    “An unforgettable hotel experience ”

The Secret Pavilion Hotel was truly amazing from the beginning to the very end. First, we were met with a warm welcome at the airport by one of the hotel staff members who picked us up on a "Tuk Tuk" (a form of transportation in Cambodia). Once we got to the hotel, i immediately fell in love with the scenery. The atmosphere, the scenery just gives you this "at home" feeling and the staff members also played a major role. Everyone was soo welcoming. We were greeted with complementary drinks and were helped with our luggages. Also, each guest are served complementary breakfast in the morning. Next, the rooms were spacious and clean with fresh towels every morning. The pool and the food was to die for!! And the location of the hotel is perfect. Its secluded enough that you're able to sleep peacefully, but also close enough to walk to the night markets, different exotic restaurants, and we can't forget pub street. If you don't feel like walking, the hotel staff would arrange a tuk tuk to take you to your desired destination. Finally, towards the end of our stay we planned to go to Sihanoukville, Cambodia and the staff members went above & beyond by booking our transportation from point A to point B (whether if it was either by plane/bus/boat they booked it for us). So once again, I highly recommend to stay at the Secrets Pavilion. I hope this helps you in your decision making. Enjoy your trip Stayed January 2017, traveled with friends

When I travel to Siem Reap (mainly for business) that is the place I currently prefer. The rate is good value. They listen to the guest suggetions (they offer now also asian breakfast styles) and they always go out of their way to assist me. They receive my packages from Couriers or they buy things I need which are difficult to source. Great stay will be back soon. Thanks

“Wonderful staff and hotel. 100% recommend.”

Siem Reap Cambodia Gateway to the Temple of Angkor An island set in a rice paddy countryside, the provincial capital of Siem Reap City serves as the gateway to the millennium-old ruins of the Khmer Empire of Angkor. Siem Reap City is where you will probably stay during your visit, just 15 minutes from the temples. The town offers a large and varied choice of accommodations, from boutique hotels and 5-star resorts to dozens of mid-range places and budget digs. But it’s the restaurants, shoping and nightlife where Siem Reap outdoes itself - the amazingly varied dining choices, the vibrant night scene, and uniquely Cambodian shopping opportunities.

We were a large family, and needed 5 rooms. They were so wonderful at Secrets Pavilion, accommodating our various needs and wishes. They offered any number of tour, massage, eating and shopping opportunities, getting us tuk tuks and bicycles, minivans and more. From the airport pick up to the cool towels to wipe off with upon arrival, they were lovely, the breakfasts were delicious, the rooms were cool, the pool peaceful and all a short walk from the excitement of Siem Reap.

“A well preserved oasis of high quality services and attention in the heart of Siem Rep”

I use to work in five stars hotels and Relais chateau and it's becoming rare for me to be impress but that hotel was simply beyond all my expectatives. The building itself is clean, cozy but with larges hopenings on the outside giving you the feeling of been in the summer pavillon of some rich families. That impression is amplified by an attentive and personnalized hard to compare. It took only few minutes for Dany (the manager) and all his staff to get to know our needs and to foresee them. I am really impress and I highly recommand that place for any traveller going to Siem Reap.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay and we would stay again if we were to come back. Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff. There seems to be a building with old rooms which is what we had booked on Agoda (standard double room). We are non smokers and the moment we entered the room, we were appalled by the smell of cigarette smoke. We requested to be transferred to a different room but they were fully booked on the day of arrival. We were able to transfer to a different room the next day though and it was 100% better than the previous one. Thank you to all the staff for attending to all of our requests! “Beautiful & Quiet, resort style hotel”

Stayed 5D4N with the hotel and simply loved it. The location is conveniently located within walking distance to Pub Street, Night market and the Old market. The rooms, the pool and the setup of the hotel reminded me of my stay in Bali, relaxed and peaceful. The staffs were very friendly and greeted us each time they saw us. Lovely team!! For the price, this is a highly recommended choice for a comfortable and convenient visit in Siem Reap. I will definitely stay here again in my next visit. Room Tip: Book the corner suite if you want more privacy. See more room tips Stayed April 2017, traveled with friends

    “Little hidden gem”

We spent 3 nights at the hotel as we were visiting Ankor Wat and other temples. What a lovely place to stay after the hustle and bustle of the crowds. The staff were amazing, helpful and always available to assist with any questions we had. Danny, the manager was very friendly and provided us with lots of information. The hotel is based around the corner to the night market and lots of bars and restaurant but you could never hear any noise from these establishments. Market was great for getting presents and souvenirs and plenty of choice for food. Mr Rom, a Tuk Tuk driver, associated with the hotel was fabulous. His driving was great, not too fast, and steady over the rough patches. After a day of walking around the beautiful ruins we returned to the Secrets Pavilion and had a swim in the small but perfect swimming pool. When we go back to Siem Reap we will definitely be staying here again.

    Great hotel!! Everything cool!Excelente hotel!!

This hotel is excellent, staff and facilities are great. Downtown is just 5 minutes away. Staff picks you up at airport. Temples' tour can be hired at reception with good prices. The restaurant is also very good.

Room is neat and clean, staff are extremely friendly and they all provide good customer services on all matters including information on points of interests for touring and transport arrangement. “superbe hotel !”

Stayed March 2017, traveled as a couple

    “Warmest welcome in Siem Riep”

We stayed at Secrets Pavilion Hotel for 6 nights during May (2017) and were delighted with the way the friendly staff made us all feel welcome, right from when they collected us ( free) from the airport. The hotel is first rate for making you feel relaxed and at ease . The on site swimming pool is clean and well maintained and drinks can be served poolside. The hotel location is very close to the centre of Siem Riep and hence a short walk puts you at the heart of things. Staff are very knowledgeable wrt nearby temples making this an ideal base to visit Angkor Wat and all other temple sites. Highly recommend this hotel and the warm friendly staff. “Perfekter Service”

Stayed April 2017, traveled solo

“A hidden treasure in the heart of Siem Reap”

This was without a doubt the nicest place we stayed while travelling through South East Asia. The staff organised our day trip to the Angkor Wat temple complex and, due to an early sunrise start, provided a packed breakfast. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. And the pool was perfect for escaping the heat. In addition there was a complimentary pick up and drop off to the airport/bus terminal and a decent complimentary breakfast. It's in walking distant to the night markets and a lot of lovely restaurants and cafes. Most notably the staff were amazing, always very friendly and accommodating. Went above and behind. Would definitely stay again. Stayed May 2017, traveled as a couple

    “Value for your money”

Secrets Pavilion is a small hotel that delivers big value. You could pay more for rooms at another hotel, but you won't find better service. The staff is top notch, the food is tasty and plentiful, and the location is convenient to Pub Street and the Night Market. The hotel sits back on a dead end side street away from the constant noise and craziness of the more well traveled roads. Everyone we dealt with at Secrets from the maids to the managers were so attentive and sensitive to our needs. The guide they lined up for us, Chan Dara was great as well. One of the tricks to succeeding in any business is making each and every customer feel as though they are special and important. Secrets Pavilion has mastered this to an unusual degree.

    “Treated like royalty”

The title says it all. Me and my partner could not recommend this place enough. Just a short distance to the night market and pub street. Yet far enough away from the noise and hustle and bustle. The staff are some of the nicest and most accommodating people we have come across on our travels. Nothing was too much and they were always there with a smile. The pool, rooms and food was all amazing. Could not recommend this place more. We will be back! Stayed May 2017

Amazing value for the money and super kind staff

Much more than a 3 star hotel, we spent an enthusiastic stay in this small boutique hotel with a nice pool, lovely rooms (the design is as simple as stylish; the painted bed heads are awesome), a delicious inexpensive restaurant and, actually, a refined, kind, enthusiastic staff. A secret location in the heart of the city. So quiet! Most recommended to those on a tight budget looking for a stylish hotel.

    “Secret Revisit”

As much as I like to always try new things and places, I also like to stick with a sure bet. This year I went back to Siem Reap to see more of the amazing sites I didn't have time to see and revisit sites I fell in love with. I chose to stay again at Secrets Pavilion. This is the ideal place for me with everything I like and nothing that I don't. I was happy to see some of my new Cambodian friends were still there and it was a pleasure to meet some new staff. The team of tuk tuk drivers were super This year I stayed in the spacious cottage suites. Lots of private seating area and that lux comfort bed by the window. The window opens up to the mini private patio and with the pool steps away, it couldn't be any better. Just enough style and lux to be a base camp for my new Cambodia adventures. I'll be coming back every year and I will always stay here

    great hotel, close to things!

This hotel was great, with a beautiful pool and lovely staff. The location is not the best (yet), as you are close to the night market, but have to walk around the streets to get there (no direct ally). Everything is about a 5-10 minute walk away, but the hotel also helps organize tuk-tuk drivers to take you where you need to go!

    “Jewel of Siem Reap”

Spent 6 nights here and WOW. I've traveled throughout SE Asia and this was the best experience I've ever had. The staff truly shows passion for serving their customers. They remember your name and always have a warm smile for you. The location is great - you're in a city so don't expect breathtaking views no matter where you stay; less than a 5-minute walk to Pub Street and the night market. The drinks are cold and the pool is refreshing. Fresh fruit in the morning and great meals all around. They coordinate with tour guides (ask for Chan Dara; he guided us for 4 days and truly made the "tourist" activities much more personal) and transportation (recommend an air conditioned van - ask for Mr. T - he's an absolute riot; driving in Cambodia is not for the faint of heart).

    Secret pearl

I must tell this is one of the most beautiful place I have been in here in Cambodia and not to mention the staff. I have never been spoiled so much as I did when I was staying here. The staff are the most service minded people I have ever meet.

the stuff. the stuff. the stuff ☺️ even the pool, the room and the food. and the organizing. and and and. and: it's silence. and: it's not hard to find. and: the side-road, which some people claimed as in bad quality, is about 150-200 meters. i really don't understand why people pointed this out as "bad" in their comments. 200 meters bad road - in cambodia. omg. lol. yolo. we stayed 7 nights.

    Clean and comfortable room

All staffs were very friendly and helpful. My room was a very clean and comfortable room. Location was not so far from the center of the city (around 3~5 minutes). Another good thing about location is more quiet than other hotels located near night markets. My room had a small refrigerator, which helps to preserve drinks and fruits we bought from the market. The shower room was clean and relatively spacious. There was a no bath tab, However If you feel tired, you could actually have spa at this hotel. Breakfast menu was mostly western style ones with fresh fruits. Taste was good enough to rest your stomach from local foods. I actually spent only 2 nights, but I should have booked more nights. This hotel was amazing. I definitely come back again.
